High Desert Glare

GARY HUBER brings to his art a deep passion for the great outdoors. Early years were spent exploring the woods and valleys of the Pennsylvania family farm. Today the western landscape is his playground and inspiration. From Grand Teton and Yellowstone Parks of his Wyoming home to the red rock spires of the southwestern desert, he portrays the bold shapes and subtle hues on his handmade panels using some of his own hand-made pastels.
Gary is a member of Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters. He exhibits at The Brinton Museum and the Cheyenne Frontier Days Art Show. He holds many signature memberships including Pastel Society of America and is a popular workshop instructor in both landscape painting and pastel technique.
